以鋼結構事業為范疇。 Strategy and approach plan 策略和跟蹤計劃;Build relationship with development zone， Design Institute， General Contract， Potential Clients， etc 開發區，設計院，總包和潛在客戶的關系發展;Focus key account and follow their investment to find opportunity 關注大客戶并跟蹤他們的投資計劃以發現項目機會;Find leads from marketing and network 通過市場和人脈發現項目信息;Cold call/email 電話和郵件;Visit and presentation 拜訪和公司陳述;Proposal 投標文件制作;Negotiation and win projects 談判和簽約.
